Pilot Testing Ressources on Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality in Saint-Lys

Across October and November 2022 we pilot tested educational ressources on augmented reality at the youth centre in Saint-Lys. We collaborated with the Fabdulys Fablab for this operation.

Young people participated together with their parents, or alone. They tested softwares for augmented reality applications such as CoSpaces. They created their very own Virtual reality headset made out of cardboard and paper. This was a very brief introduction to the world of extended reality and we plan to dig further into this topic in the future, notably by exploring more complex softwares for AR apps making such as Unity.
